This is one of the best sites to buy from China. The prices are good, shipping is done in decent time and they are honest. I had a purchase that they returned the money by not having the item in stock. I did not need nor ask for a refund. Anyway, I had good experience with several purchases.

I have purchased some items from Focal price, some of them took longer time for the delivery, it might be caused by the shipping and i think this is not related to FC. So far the service is good and the cons I have experienced was that when i bought some mobile phone straps, some of them were not the same one from the picture shown in the website.
But i will still purchase items from FC.
focalprice is much better than DX! DX has so many products it takes them until 4weeks to ship out items! you can never rely on DX to dropship your item. FP is 100 times better, they always ship out them item in 3-6days and the total delivery time is always 12-16days for northern europe.
I would just like some information at why thesite has been down completly for 2 days now, no info anywhere, not even on there Facebook page.

Beware of Focalprice. I didn’t receive my parcel and they want me to pay more money for them to resend it. They can’t be trusted.
with focal price don’t pay for shipping they will charge you for it then keep the money. You will have to again at the door. To ship a small package it ended up costing me $70 but I was told it would be $3

Do NOT order from Focalprice. They have no contact phone numbers, all correspondence needs to be via email. This is obviously for a reason, so they don’t have to deal with you in a timely manner.
Very poor follow up, customer service, and shipping policies. Nearly impossible to get any customer service.
